Our quality control of pressed vinyl records is a multi-stage process that includes various control stations at each stage of production. Our goal is to achieve perfect sound for the artist and the listener, which is why we carefully check the quality of the record pressing at every step.

Mastering stage:

Quality control begins at the mastering stage, where we check the quality of the prepared sound material to ensure its highest quality.

Lacquer matrix:

Then we carry out a quality control of the lacquer matrix, which is a key element influencing the final sound of the vinyl record.

Test pressing:

A particularly important stage is the execution and evaluation of the test pressing, which allows for the detection of any irregularities before the start of production of the main run.

Pressing plant:

In the pressing plant, we carry out a thorough inspection of the pressing process, paying attention to the quality of the raw material used and the precision of the reproduction of the grooves on the record. We pay special attention to each record that is released after pressing.

Packaging:

Because we are the only company in Europe (and maybe the world), inserting the vinyl record into inner sleeves and covers is automatic. We are proud that our engineers have built this machine with the final quality of the vinyl record in mind.

Minimising the risk of errors:

Our quality control is not only a multi-stage process, but also continuous protection and optimization of internal production processes. As a result, we minimize the risk of errors and ensure that our records are consistently high quality. Pressing plant: In the pressing plant, we carry out a thorough inspection of the pressing process, paying attention to the quality of the material used and the precision of the reproduction of the grooves on the record.

Complaint handling:

In the event of any complaints, we offer direct customer service, which allows for quick resolution of problems and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

We emphasize that at every stage of pressing a vinyl record, we meticulously check the quality to deliver products that meet the highest industry standards and ensure perfect sound.
